AI-Powered Date Sorting — Jordan's First

We operate Jordan's first and only AI-powered Medjool date sorting machine — imported exclusively by Milano Dates. The system uses computer vision and machine learning to classify every individual fruit by weight, size, colour, and surface condition in a single high-speed pass.

The result: grade consistency no manual sorting line can match. Every carton we ship reflects the same specification — fruit 1 to fruit 200. We also offer AI sorting as a standalone service to other Jordanian date producers and processors.

Cold Storage & Refrigeration Services

Our Al-Karamah facility includes commercial cold rooms maintained at 0–4°C year-round. We use these to hold our own harvest inventory, but we also make cold storage capacity available to third parties — other Jordanian producers, trading companies, and importers coordinating multi-origin loads through Aqaba port.

Every pallet stored in our facility is assigned a temperature log from entry to exit. This documentation is accepted by EU food safety auditors and Gulf customs authorities as proof of unbroken cold chain.

Can third parties use your AI sorting machine?

Yes. We offer AI-powered sorting as a standalone service. Other Jordanian date farms and processors can book sorting runs. Contact us to discuss throughput requirements and scheduling.

Do you offer cold storage for third parties?

Yes. We have commercial cold storage (0–4°C) available for third-party use. Suitable for short-term bridge storage between harvest and shipping, or for importers coordinating multi-origin consolidated loads.

Can you supply pitted or semi-processed dates for manufacturing?

Yes. We supply sorted, pitted dates to date processing factories — for stuffed dates, date paste, energy bars, and confectionery production. Minimum 1 metric tonne. Custom sorting specifications available.

Do you work with first-time importers?

Yes. We frequently onboard buyers placing their first pallet. Our documentation team guides you through the import process for your specific country.

Can I request a sample before placing an order?

Yes. We offer complimentary samples for qualified wholesale buyers. Shipping costs apply. Contact us with your company details to request one.

What is the minimum order for private label?

One metric tonne (1,000 kg). Larger orders qualify for reduced packaging setup costs.

How long does shipping take to my country?

5–7 days to Gulf countries, 12–18 days to Europe, 21–30 days to Southeast Asia and North America.

Can you produce custom packaging designs?

Yes. We accept print-ready PDF artwork. Lead time for new packaging is 2–3 weeks before production begins.
