Our Story

From the Lowest Valley on Earth to Your Warehouse

Al-Karamah, Jordan Valley — 300 metres below sea level. The place where the world's finest Medjool dates grow.

The Land

Al-Karamah: Where Dignity Meets Dates

The Jordan Valley is unlike any agricultural region on Earth. At 300 metres below sea level, the valley floor creates a microclimate of extraordinary consistency: 330+ days of sunshine per year, winter temperatures warm enough to prevent frost damage, and summer heat that concentrates natural sugars in the fruit rather than burning them off.

Beneath the surface, ancient aquifers — untouched by modern pollution — feed our irrigation systems with mineral-rich water that has flowed through these volcanic rock strata for millennia. This combination of climate, soil, and water produces a Medjool date that simply cannot be replicated anywhere else on Earth.

Who We Are

Milano Medjool — A Family Institution, A Global Supplier

Milano Medjool — officially registered as مؤسسة شهد وهبة للتمور — is a Jordanian agricultural export institution headquartered in Al-Karamah, Jordan Valley. We operate our own date palm farm and packing facility, giving us direct control over every stage from soil to shipment.

We supply wholesale buyers who value consistency above all else: importers who need the same colour, weight, and Brix reading on every pallet they receive, not just the first one. Our HACCP-certified packing operation processes each harvest within 12 hours of picking, ensuring zero degradation between tree and carton.

Over more than 15 years of operation, we have built export relationships in 14 countries across the Gulf, Europe, Southeast Asia, and North America. Our growth has come entirely through product quality and reliable supply — not marketing. The buyers who find us, stay.
